Saved money on Superfeet

I was looking for Superfeet Green insoles and found them here for a better price than other stores. I used a 10% off code I found, which made it an even better deal. Shipping was free because my order was over $25, which helped. It arrived in about 5 days. Felt like a smart purchase and I saved some cash.

Good quality, minor shipping issue

I bought a pair of Powerstep Pinnacle insoles last month. They really helped with my arch pain, and the quality feels solid. Shipping took about a week to get to my place in Ohio, which was a little longer than I expected, but not terrible. The packaging was good, nothing was damaged. I wish they offered more detailed tracking updates, but overall, it was a positive experience and good value for the price.

Reliable for my insoles

This is my third time ordering from The Insole Store. I always get the Spenco Total Support insoles. They've been consistent every time. My first order was a bit slow, but the last two, including this recent one, shipped out quickly and got here in about 4-5 days. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting and they deliver on time now. Good selection too.

I'm looking at Powerstep vs. Superfeet for my running shoes, which one is generally better for arch support?

P Patricia Scott 1 month ago
It really depends on your foot type. Superfeet tend to be more rigid for higher arches, while Powerstep has a bit more cushion but still good support. I'd check their descriptions for 'arch height'.

I use Powerstep for my running, found them really comfortable and supportive without being too hard. My friend swears by Superfeet though, so it's a personal thing.

Can you use more than one promo code at checkout? Like if I have a military discount and another coupon.

A Andrew Davis 3 weeks ago
Nah, pretty sure it's just one code per order. Tried to stack once and it wouldn't let me.

Yeah, only one. Most online stores are like that, gotta pick the best deal you have.

Are these real Superfeet and Powerstep stuff or like, knockoffs? Some sites can be sketchy.

O Olivia Lopez 1 week ago
Totally real. I've ordered from them a few times and everything's always been legit, in original packaging and all.

They're an authorized dealer, so no worries there. You're getting the actual brand name products.

do they offer free shipping for smaller orders? or is there a minimum?

E Emma R. 1 month ago
pretty sure it's free shipping if you spend over 25 bucks. which is pretty easy to hit with most insoles.

J Justin Thomas 1 month ago
Yep, over $25 and it's free. Otherwise, it's a small fee.

Hey, wondering if anyone knows how long shipping usually takes for insoles from this store? I'm in NYC and need them kinda soon.

S Susan Williams 3 days ago
Mine got here to Boston in about 4-5 days last time, so NYC should be similar, maybe a day or two quicker.

A Anthony Scott 1 day ago
Yeah, I think it's usually less than a week for most places in the US. They usually ship pretty quick.

Anyone successfully return insoles? What's their policy like if they don't fit or aren't what I expected?

S Sam Garcia 1 month ago
I returned a pair that was too rigid for me. It was pretty straightforward, just had to pay for return shipping. Got my refund within a week or so.

Yeah returns were easy, did it last month. Just make sure you didn't use them too much, like not worn outside or anything.

How do I figure out what size insole to get? My shoe size doesn't always translate perfectly.

A Abigail Turner 3 weeks ago
They usually have sizing charts on the product pages, but sometimes it's best to measure your current insole if you can, or go by your shoe size and trim if needed.

S Sofia Garcia 2 weeks ago
I just used my regular shoe size and it worked fine. They're designed to be trimmed a bit if they're slightly too big.
